The range
Overview
The daughter, granddaughter and sister of butchers, Carine Pichot created Butcher Estate as a fond nod to her roots. Each cuvée is blended for a specific meat: Syrah/Mourvèdre for beef, Syrah/Carignan for chicken, Merlot/Cabernet for pork, Grenache/Syrah for duck, and a Rosé for freshness. La Tournée du Daron and Le Vin de la Daronne round out the range, perfect on a burger or as soon as the fine weather arrives.
